  • 350 g lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the ground beef.
  2. Cook for 8 minutes over medium heat, breaking the meat into fine crumbles.
  3. Add the zucchini and water and cook 4 minutes more, until the zucchini is soft.
  4. Beat the egg, stir it in, and cook until fully set.
  5. Drain off any fat, then cool fully before serving.

Ingredients

  • 200 g boneless, skinless chicken thigh, finely diced
  • 200 g ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp plain pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salmon oil

Method

  1. Put the chicken and turkey in a small saucepan with the water.
  2. Simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes, until both meats are cooked through with no pink left.
  3. Lift the meat out and chop or pulse it into very small, kitten-size pieces.
  4. Stir the pumpkin puree and cooked rice through the meat with a little of the cooking water to make a soft, moist texture.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then stir in the salmon oil just before serving.

  • 200 g chicken hearts
  • 100 g chicken liver
  • 200 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp plain pumpkin puree

Method

  1. Rinse the hearts and liver and trim away any tough bits.
  2. Simmer the hearts and diced breast in the water for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the liver and cook 5 minutes more, until no pink remains.
  4. Lift everything out and chop it into small, bite-size pieces.
  5. Stir in the pumpkin puree and enough cooking water to make a loose stew.
  6. Cool fully before serving, and keep liver to no more than a small part of the bowl.

  • 1 chicken breast, skinless & boneless
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg

Method

  1. Cook the chicken breast (poached or baked with no seasoning) until fully done. Allow it to cool slightly, then shred or finely chop it.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the shredded chicken, pumpkin puree, and egg. Blend until you have a smooth, thick mixture.

Method
