- 1/2 cup apple sauce, homemade or sugar free
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated, plain and unflavored
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease it lightly to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the eggs, applesauce and Greek yogurt. Mix well until everything is well incorporated and you have a smooth batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake the pupcakes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the pupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, you can serve the apple cheddar pupcakes to your furry friend. You can also top them with a small dog friendly frosting for an extra special touch.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200c/400F degrees and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Remove and form into a dough. If the mixture is too wet, add more coconut flour.
- Roll out the dough in between 2 layers of parchment paper.
- Use cookie cutters in fun shapes like bones or hearts to cut out the treats from the dough. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small gap between each treat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the treats turn golden brown and crispy. Turn them over half way through cooking.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the treats to cool completely before serving them to your dog.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place for 5 days or freeze for 2 months.

- 1 banana, ripe
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural) and unsweetened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
- 1/2 cups oda water
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease it well.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
- Add the egg and peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the peanut flour and water. Stir until you have a smooth batter, adding any additional water if the mixture is too stiff. The batter should be thick but pourable.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a pupcake comes out clean. Keep an eye on them, as baking times may vary depending on your oven.
- Once the pupcakes are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, add the banana and mash.
- Add two to three tablespoons of water to the peanut flour to make a paste.
- Add the peanut paste to the banana with cream cheese and mix into a smooth frosting.
- Spoon or pipe the frosting on top of the pupcakes.
- Optional decorations can be a slice of banana and small baked dog treat.

Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 1 lb loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Shred the brussels sprouts with a Mandoline.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- If there is any excess liquid on the loaf, bloat with a paper towel.
- Let cool to room temperature before removing from the tin and serving.

- Add the coconut flour, ground flaxseed and cinnamon. Stir until you have a batter. If it's too thick, add some water. If it's too thin, add more coconut flour.
- Fold the cranberries into the muffin batter.
- Spoon the muffin mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 25-30 minutes until the muffins are firm.
- Allow to cool tho roughly before serving.

- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form a dough. If it is too dry, add water, too wet, more flour.
- Roll out between two layers of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters, or simply shape the dough into small balls or patties for a quick option.
- Place the shapes onto a the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until firm and golden.
- Allow to cool before giving as a treat.

- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 8inch spring form cake tin with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana. Add the eggs, coconut oil and water, whisking until well combined.
- Stir in the grated carrot and chopped apple..
- Add the flours and spices and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in the cranberries and blueberries. Ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Frosting is optional. We use Greek yogurt and top with unsweetened coconut.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup pumpkin chunks, peeled
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan or skillet on a medium heat.
- Place the ground turkey in the skillet. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to break it up into smaller pieces as it cooks. This will help ensure even cooking.
- Cook the ground turkey for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. The internal temperature of the turkey should reach 165°F (74°C) to ensure it's fully cooked and safe to eat. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
- Finely chop the broccoli, pumpkin and green bites to bite sized pieces.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cranberries to the turkey. Mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
