Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp water if needed

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Stir all ingredients into a stiff dough.
  3. Roll into small balls, flatten on parchment.
  4. Bake 20-22 min and cool fully.

Storage: Airtight 1 week; freeze 2 months.

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup shredded mild cheddar (low-sodium)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix dry, then add cheese, egg, parsley, and just enough water for a stiff dough.
  3. Roll thin, cut tiny squares, prick each with a fork.

Ingredients

  • 200 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp water

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350F (180C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend or chop the cooked chicken very finely.
  3. Mix the chicken, rice flour, egg, and water into a stiff dough.
  4. Press the dough flat to about 1/4 inch and cut it into pea-size squares.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until firm and dry to the touch.
  6. Cool completely before using them as rewards.

  2. Mash the banana, then mix in the egg, pumpkin puree, and water.
  3. Stir in the oat flour until you have a thick, sticky batter.
