Beef & Zucchini Cat Dinner
A grain-free change of pace for cats who are bored of poultry and fish. Lean ground beef is cooked into fine crumbles with soft zucchini stirred through.

Ingredients
- 350 g lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the ground beef.
- Cook for 8 minutes over medium heat, breaking the meat into fine crumbles.
- Add the zucchini and water and cook 4 minutes more, until the zucchini is soft.
- Beat the egg, stir it in, and cook until fully set.
- Drain off any fat, then cool fully before serving.
Substitutions
- Ground lamb instead of beef.
- Finely grated carrot instead of zucchini.
