Chicken & Turkey Kitten Dinner
A soft, high-protein dinner for growing kittens, made with two gentle poultry meats and finely mashed pumpkin so small mouths can manage every bite.

Ingredients
- 200 g boneless, skinless chicken thigh, finely diced
- 200 g ground turkey
- 2 tbsp plain pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salmon oil
Steps
- Put the chicken and turkey in a small saucepan with the water.
- Simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes, until both meats are cooked through with no pink left.
- Lift the meat out and chop or pulse it into very small, kitten-size pieces.
- Stir the pumpkin puree and cooked rice through the meat with a little of the cooking water to make a soft, moist texture.
- Cool to room temperature, then stir in the salmon oil just before serving.
Substitutions
- Ground chicken in place of the diced thigh.
- Plain mashed sweet potato instead of pumpkin.
