Homemade Surf & Turf Cat Treat Recipe
Combining beef and tuna, these treats offer the best of both worlds for curious cats. The oat flour creates a satisfying, firm texture.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lean ground beef
- 5 oz canned tuna in water
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons oat flour
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a silicone mold tray on top.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, tuna, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Add the oat flour and stir until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls or flatten slightly into small discs. Or spread out into a silicone treat mold.
- Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until firm and cooked through.
- Let cool completely before serving to your cat.
Substitutions
- Swap ground beef with ground turkey.
- Use canned salmon instead of tuna.
- Replace oat flour with rice flour.
