Ingredients

Ingredients for Kitten Cod & Rice Porridge
  • 200 g skinless cod fillet
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 3/4 cup water

Steps

  1. Poach the cod in the water for 8 minutes, until it flakes apart.
  2. Check the flakes carefully and lift out any bones.
  3. Mash the fish with the rice and the poaching water into a loose porridge.
  4. Cool to room temperature before serving.

Substitutions

  • Haddock in place of the cod.
