Kitten Egg Yolk & Chicken Custard

Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 150 g boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup water
Steps
- Heat the oven to 160 C (325 F).
- Poach the chicken breast in the water for 15 minutes, then chop it very finely.
- Beat the eggs with 1/4 cup of the poaching water and stir the chopped chicken through.
- Pour into a small oven dish and bake for 15 minutes, until just set.
- Cool to room temperature and mash lightly before serving.
Substitutions
- Ground turkey in place of the chicken breast.
