- 150 g turkey heart
- 150 g ground turkey
- 3/4 cup water
Steps
- Simmer the turkey heart and ground turkey in the water for 20 minutes, until both are cooked right through.
- Cool slightly, keeping the cooking liquid.
- Blend everything with enough cooking liquid to make a smooth pate.
- Serve at room temperature.
