Ingredients

- 250 g ground turkey
- 2 tbsp plain pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup water
Steps
- Simmer the turkey in the water for 15 minutes, breaking it up finely as it cooks.
- Mash the meat with the cooking liquid until very soft.
- Stir the pumpkin puree through.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.
Substitutions
- Ground chicken in place of the turkey.
