Ingredients
- 350 g boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp plain pumpkin puree
Steps
- Poach the chicken breast in the water for about 18 minutes, until cooked through with no pink left.
- Lift out the chicken and keep all of the cooking broth.
- Shred or chop the chicken very finely.
- Stir the chicken, rice, and pumpkin puree back into the broth so the bowl stays loose and soupy.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.

- Chopped turkey breast in place of the chicken.
