Ingredients

- 1 can (120 g) sardines in water, drained
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup oat or rice flour
Steps
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mash sardines fine; mix with egg and flour into a stiff dough.
- Roll thin and cut tiny squares (about 5 mm).
- Bake 12-14 min until crisp. Cool fully.
