- 250 g ground turkey
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped zucchini
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps
- Warm the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Cook the ground turkey for 6 to 7 minutes, breaking it into fine crumbles as it browns.
- Add the zucchini and cook for 2 more minutes, until soft.
- Beat the eggs, pour them in, and stir until fully set with no runny egg left.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.
