Ingredients

Ingredients for Air Fryer Pumpkin Dog Treats
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Steps

  1. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes as per manufacturers instructions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the pumpkin puree, eggs and peanut butter. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Add the rice flour and mix into a dough. If the mixture is too moist, add more flour. If it's too dry, add more pumpkin puree or water.
  4. Roll the dough out in between two layers of parchment paper, about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes from the dough.
  6. Place a square of parchment paper in the air fryer, then place the cookies on top in one layer. You will need to cook the cookies in batches.
  7. Cook at 190C/370F degrees for 5 to 6 minutes until the cookies are firm.
  8. Remove and allow to cool before giving as a treat.
