Ingredients

Ingredients for Apple, Banana & Oat Biscuits
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 apple, cored and grated (no seeds)
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup oat flour (extra if dough is sticky)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix everything into a soft dough.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment and flatten gently.
  4. Bake 22-25 min, until edges are golden.
