Baked Celery & Carrot Dog Chips
Slow-baked vegetable chips that crunch like a biscuit but carry almost none of the calories, with a little pumpkin brushed on for flavour.

Ingredients

- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 tbsp plain pumpkin puree
Steps
- Heat the oven to 120 C (250 F) and line two baking sheets with parchment.
- Slice the carrots and celery as thinly as you can.
- Toss the slices with the pumpkin puree so each one is lightly coated.
- Spread them in a single layer and bake for 80 to 90 minutes, turning once, until dry and crisp.
- Cool completely before storing.
Substitutions
- Thinly sliced zucchini in place of the celery.
