Ingredients for Banana Peanut Butter Oat Treats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana and egg until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter to the mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir in the oats, cranberries, and cinnamon, mixing until everything is well incorporated. The dough should be thick and sticky.
  5. Use a spoon to spread out on the baking sheet or to form small, bite-sized balls or flatten them into cookie shapes. Place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the treats are golden and firm.
  7. If the treats are baked flatten, cut them into bite sized pieces.
  8. Let the treats cool on a wire rack before serving them to your dog.

  • Use almond butter instead of peanut butter
  • Replace oats with quinoa flakes
