Ingredients

Ingredients for Beef Muffins For Dogs
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated broccoli or finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  2. Grate the broccoli or process in a food processor.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, grated carrot, lean ground beef, chopped parsley and egg. Mix well.
  4. Add the oat flour and mix for a firm mixture.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into the prepared muffin tin and press down firmly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the firm and golden.
  7. Remove the beef muffins from the tin and cool slightly before removing the muffin cases. Allow to cool completely before serving to your dog.
  8. Serve to wagging tails!

Substitutions

  • Swap broccoli for finely chopped kale
  • Use ground lamb instead of beef
  • Replace parsley with fresh cilantro
