Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup baby spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup oats
Steps
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, pumpkin purée, egg, parsley, chopped spinach, and oats. Mix tho roughly until well combined.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and firm to the touch.
- Allow the meatballs to cool completely before serving them to your dog. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
