Ingredients

Ingredients for Cauliflower & Chicken Light Dog Bowl
  • 400 g boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup green peas

Steps

  1. Poach the chicken breast in the water for about 18 minutes, until cooked through.
  2. Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes, until soft enough to mash.
  3. Mash the cauliflower with a little of the poaching liquid.
  4. Chop the chicken small, fold it through the mash with the peas, and cool before serving.

Substitutions

  • Broccoli florets in place of half the cauliflower.
