Ingredients

Ingredients for Cheddar & Parsley Crackers
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup shredded mild cheddar (low-sodium)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix dry, then add cheese, egg, parsley, and just enough water for a stiff dough.
  3. Roll thin, cut tiny squares, prick each with a fork.
  4. Bake 18-20 min until crisp.
