Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken livers
- 1/2 cup sweet potato puree
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh or dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt optional
Steps
- Rinse and trim chicken livers. Cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool slightly and set some of the water aside.
- Blend livers, sweet potatoes, rosemary, and parsley in a food processor until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt if desired for extra creaminess, and blend again. Adjust consistency with a splash of the water from cooking the chicken livers if needed.
- Let pâté cool completely before serving.
- Serve as a treat, food topper, or in enrichment toys.

- Use plain kefir instead of Greek yogurt
- Substitute rosemary with fresh thyme
- Replace sweet potato with pumpkin puree
