Ingredients for Coconut Flour & Peanut Butter Bites
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup xylitol-free peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp pure pumpkin purée

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix into a thick dough; rest 5 min so coconut flour absorbs moisture.
  3. Roll into small balls on parchment and flatten gently.
  4. Bake 12-15 min until set.
