Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Steps
- Place the blueberries into a silicone mold or ice tray.
- Pour the coconut water into the molds and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve as a refreshing treat on hot days!
Substitutions
- Use plain water instead of coconut water
- Replace blueberries with diced strawberries
- Swap blueberries for raspberries
