Duck Liver Sweet Potato Dog Treats
These baked biscuits combine rich duck liver with sweet potato for a high-value training reward. Oat flour provides a stable, gluten-free base.

Ingredients

- 5.3 oz cooked duck liver
- 1 cup sweet potato puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
Steps
- Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed duck liver, mashed sweet potato, and egg. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the oat flour until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Adjust consistency if needed.
- Roll the dough to about ½ inch thickness. We roll the mixture in between 2 layers of parchment paper for ease of use and less mess.
- Cut out treats using a bone shape cutter and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking.
- Allow the treats to cool completely on a wire rack before storing:.
- Serve to a happy pup.
