Ingredients

Ingredients for Egg White & Sweet Potato Dog Bowl
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 2 cups peeled sweet potato, diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup green beans, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Simmer the sweet potato in the water for 15 minutes, until soft, then mash it with the cooking water.
  2. Steam the green beans for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook the egg whites in a dry non-stick pan over low heat until just set, then chop them small.
  4. Fold the egg and green beans through the mash and cool before serving.

Substitutions
