- 2 cups green beans, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted homemade broth
- 1/2 cup water
Steps
- Steam the green beans for 6 minutes, until tender.
- Blend the beans with the broth and water until smooth.
- Pour into a silicone ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve one cube at a time as a light treat.

- Chopped zucchini in place of the green beans.
