Ingredients

- 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1/2 cup plain pumpkin puree
Steps
- Whisk the yogurt and pumpkin puree together until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into small ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, until solid.
- Serve one small cube at a time, ideally outside or on a washable mat.
Substitutions
- Plain unsweetened kefir instead of yogurt.
- Mashed banana instead of pumpkin.
