Ingredients

Ingredients for Frozen Watermelon & Mint Pops
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • ½ cup water
  • 12 peeled, seedless apple wedges

Steps

  1. Blend the watermelon, mint, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into 12 popsicle molds.
  3. Insert one peeled, seedless apple wedge into each mold as an edible handle.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours, until firm.
  5. Remove each pop from its mold and serve with the apple wedge attached.
