  • 1/2 cup kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green beans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 large eggs, including shell
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, with a pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Steps

  1. Put a large pot on the stove on a medium heat. Add the turkey, beef, liver and vegetables in it. Give it a stir.

  6. Add all the vegetables, oats, turmeric, flaxseed, ginger, and water. Stir to combine.
  7. Crack the eggs on top (including shells).
  8. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in the sardines after cooking is complete.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
