Ingredients
- 2 strawberries
- 8 blueberries
- 1 cup Kefir
Steps
- Wash the strawberries and blueberries tho roughly.
- Remove the tops from the strawberries.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours or until fully set.
- Pop out and serve frozen.
Substitutions
- Replace kefir with plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- Use raspberries or blackberries instead of strawberries
