Ingredients

- 400 g lean pork tenderloin, diced small
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 apple, cored and diced (no seeds, no core)
- ½ cup chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Cook pork in olive oil until no pink remains, about 8 min.
- Add carrots; cook 4 min.
- Stir in rice and apple and warm through.
- Cool fully.
