Ingredients

Ingredients for Pork Pumpkin Treats For Dogs
  • 1 cup ground lean pork
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground pork, pumpkin puree, and egg. Mix well.

  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface (you can use oat flour for dusting) to about ¼ inch thick.
  5. We score the dough with a pizza cutter but you can also c ut the dough into shapes using your favorite cookie cutter, and place the treats onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.

Substitutions
