Ingredients for Pumpkin & Peanut Butter Biscuits
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin purée
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk pumpkin, peanut butter, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour until a stiff dough forms.
  4. Roll to ¼ inch, cut shapes, bake 20-25 min until firm.
  5. Cool fully on a rack.
