Ingredients

- 20 oz pumpkin, ripe
- 3 cups water
Steps
- Remove the skin and seeds from the pumpkin.
- Cut into chunks and place in a medium saucepan with the water. Bring to the boil, then cover and reduce the heat to simmer. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
- Drain and set aside to cool.
- Process the pumpkin in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a jar or container and store in the fridge.
