Ingredients

Ingredients for Puppy Chicken & Veggie Mash
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup white rice
  • ½ cup finely chopped carrots
  • ¼ cup peas
  • 2 cups water

Steps

  1. Simmer chicken in water until cooked through, ~15 min.
  2. Remove and shred finely. Reserve the broth.
  3. Cook rice and vegetables in the broth until soft.
  4. Combine, mash lightly, and cool fully.

Substitutions

  • Swap brown rice for white rice for sensitive stomachs.
