Salmon Cucumber Cups for Dogs
Refreshing cucumber slices serve as a crisp base for a light salmon and yogurt filling. These are excellent low-calorie treats for summer.

Ingredients
- 1 large cucumberEnglish
- 3.5 oz canned salmon, in water
- 2 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
Steps
- Wash the English cucumber and slice it about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a small spoon or melon baller, carefully scoop out part of the center of each cucumber slice to create small cups. Be careful not to scoop all the way through the bottom.
- Drain the canned salmon well and place it into a bowl. Flake the salmon with a fork.
- Add the Greek yogurt and dill to the salmon and mix until well combined.
- Spoon the salmon mixture into the hollowed cucumber cups.
- Chill the cucumber cups in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving if desired.
- Serve immediately and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

- Swap dill for fresh parsley
