Baked Salmon Dog Treats
These baked biscuits use canned salmon and oats for a crunchy, fish-forward snack. Parsley is included to help freshen breath naturally.

Ingredients
- 14.75 oz salmon, canned
- 1 medium egg
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Do not drain the juice from the salmon and use that too.
- Process until you have a pliable dough. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky to handle.
- Roll the dough out between two layers of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut shapes out and place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden, turning the shapes over after 20 minutes for an even bake.
- Allow to cool before use.
Substitutions
- Swap rice flour for oat flour
- Use canned sardines instead of salmon
