- 1 medium salmon filletabout 1/2 pound
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thinly slice the salmon fillet into 1/4 inch slices, skin side down.
- Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until the salmon slices are crispy and dry.
