Ingredients

Ingredients for Salmon & Rice Bowl
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 300 g), skin and bones removed
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup chopped green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Cook rice in water until tender.
  2. Pan-sear salmon in olive oil, 4 min per side, then flake carefully, check for bones.
  3. Steam green beans until just tender.
  4. Combine and cool fully.
