- 12 oz fresh salmon, cut into chunks
- 8 oz pumpkin, cut into chunks
- 4 oz green beans, chopped
- 4 oz defrosted spinach
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 oz water
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker or pot.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours (slow cooker) or simmer for 30-40 minutes (stovetop), stirring occasionally.
- Cool, portion, and refrigerate or freeze.
