- 1 lbs almon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup cooked cauliflower mashunseasoned
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with silicone or paper liners.
- Prepare the salmon by drizzling it with the olive oil, cooking (bake, steam, or pan-cook) and flaking it into small pieces. Let it cool slightly.
- Mix the flaked salmon, grated zucchini, mashed cauliflower, egg, olive oil, and parsley in a large bowl until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into your muffin tin.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool completely before serving to your dog.
Substitutions
- Replace cauliflower mash with plain mashed potato if preferred.
- Cooked white fish can substitute for the salmon fillet.
