Ingredients

- 500 g ground turkey
- ¾ cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1½ cups water
- 1 cup diced carrots
- ½ cup peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Cook quinoa in water until fluffy, about 15 min.
- In a pan, brown turkey in olive oil. Drain.
- Stir in carrots and peas; cook 5 min.
- Fold in quinoa and cool fully.
