Ingredients for Turkey & Veggie Meatballs
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup finely grated zucchini
  • ¼ cup finely grated carrot

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Mix everything in a bowl with clean hands.
  3. Roll into walnut-sized balls onto parchment.
  4. Bake 18-20 min until cooked through. Cool fully.
